  • jelly filled rolls
  • 2 pt. heavenly hash, Neapolitan or your favorite ice cream flavor
  • 1 pt. coffee or vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Slice jelly rolls into 3/4-inch slices.

    Use to line sides and bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.

    Spread slightly softened heavenly hash ice cream over cake.

    Spread vanilla over the heavenly hash.

    Sprinkle with nuts.

    Cover with foil and freeze until firm.

    Remove rim from pan.

    Garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
