  • 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 beaten egg whites
  • 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

    Heat margarine and chocolate just until melted, then add yolks, sugar and vanilla; let cool.

    Fold in egg whites.
