  • 1 pkg. lemon, orange or strawberry jello
  • 15 marshmallows
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple or other fruit
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 pt. thick cream, whipped
  • 6 graham crackers

Directions

    Stir all ingredients together, except graham crackers.

    Roll graham crackers fine.

    Put 1/2 in bottom of mold; pour jello mixture in.

    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 graham cracker mixture over the top.

    Refrigerate until firm.
