- 1 1/2 pkg. cake yeast
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. potato water
- 1 c. warm milk
- 2/3 c. Wesson oil
- 8 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast with part of the potato water.

2Add sugar, salt and eggs; mix real well. Add milk and Wesson oil, mixing after each addition. Add the flour.

3Mix well.

4Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.

5When you take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll dough in small ball sizes.

6Let rise for 20 minutes. Brush with oleo.

7Use your favorite filling. Bake at 375° until brown.

8Remove from oven and brush with oleo.
