- 1 lb. Imperial margarine
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Mix well.

4Slowly add flour until mixture is smooth.

5Add walnuts; mix well.

6Grease and flour cake pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

7Batter also makes 2 lamb cakes.

8Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
