  • 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese, about 4 oz.
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Lightly grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.

    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.
