Directions

1Add enough milk to other ingredients to make a stiff dough. Add milk, mixing with hands until stiff dough is formed.

2Add flour if sticky.

3Roll out and use your favorite cookie cutters or cut in squares.

4Fry 3 to 5 minutes, until golden, then turn. Remove when they float to top.

5Eat plain or sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
