- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Combine eggs, flour and sugar; beat well.

2Add cheese and corn.

3Stir in 3/4 of the bacon.

4Pour mixture into ungreased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

5Sprinkle remaining bacon over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

6Yields 8 servings.
