  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1/2 c. dark molasses
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. butter

    Scald 3 cups of milk and pour onto corn meal.

    Cook in double boiler 15 minutes.
