Ingredients: 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 5 eggs; 1 pt. sour cream; 1 c. sugar; 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 can cherry pie filling

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients well, adding eggs, one at a time. Fill individual aluminum baking cups with 2 full tablespoons of mixture.

Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and put a tablespoon of mixture on top of each cake. Bake at 300° for 5 to 8 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate.

Top with cherry pie filling.
