  • 3 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. Irish whiskey
  • 1/4 c. whipping cream

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except whiskey and whipping cream, in 4 cup glass measure.

    Microwave for 8 to 9 minutes on High, or until hot (about 200°).

    Stir in whiskey.

    Pour into mugs or glasses. Top with dollop of whipped cream.

    Do not allow liquid to boil or flavor will be bitter.
