  • 3 pieces Egg Whites
  • 175 grams Costa Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Corn Starch
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 batch Fruit Filling
  • 1 can Whipped Cream

    Preheat the oven to 260F or 130C

    Separate 3 eggs with no yolk

    Beat eggs at full speed until they start to look like a cloud

    In small amounts, slowly add the Costa Sugar while at full speed.

    Continue to mix until very stiff

    In a separate bowl, mix the corn starch and vinegar

    Fold in the corn starch and vinegar

    Shape the mixture on a lined baking sheet into a round shallow cup shape

    Bake by sight

    Allow to cool 2 hours or up to overnight

    Cover the bottom of cup with whipped cream (fruit won't soak into egg mixture)

    Add fruit filling and decorate
