- 3 pieces Egg Whites
- 175 grams Costa Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Corn Starch
- 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1 batch Fruit Filling
- 1 can Whipped Cream
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 260F or 130C

2Separate 3 eggs with no yolk

3Beat eggs at full speed until they start to look like a cloud

4In small amounts, slowly add the Costa Sugar while at full speed.

5Continue to mix until very stiff

6In a separate bowl, mix the corn starch and vinegar
-
7Fold in the corn starch and vinegar
-
8Shape the mixture on a lined baking sheet into a round shallow cup shape

9Bake by sight

10Allow to cool 2 hours or up to overnight

11Cover the bottom of cup with whipped cream (fruit won't soak into egg mixture)

12Add fruit filling and decorate
