  • 5/8 cup milk I use leftover cooking water, as above
  • 3 cups flour all purpose
  • mashed potato cup Plain, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons applesauce or your favorite fat substitute
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Directions

    Ingredients into bread pan, select light crust setting and press start.

    After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow 1 hour to cool before slicing.
