  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 34 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups water
  • 18 teaspoon pepper

Directions
