  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, undrained

  • 1 small red onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 3 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups refried black beans
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 tostada shells
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Mix lettuce, undrained pineapple, carrots, onions, vinegar and pepper in large bowl; set aside.

    Cook beans, cream cheese and garlic in small saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min.

    or until heated through.

    Spread warm bean mixture evenly on tostada shells.

    Top each tostada evenly with shredded cheese.

    With slotted spoon, spoon lettuce mixture on top of each tostada.
