  • 1 beef roast (2 to 4 lb.)
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 oz. Durkee's Italian seasoning
  • 1 pkg. Campbell's onion soup mix

Directions

    Boil roast covered with water, seasoning and soup mix until tender.

    Shred and add bouillon cubes.

    Simmer 15 minutes. Serve on Italian bread with peppers.
