- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Dredge each chicken breast halve in flour; dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.

2Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

3Cook chicken 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

4Place chicken in a 9-inch square baking dish; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.

5Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
