Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 3/4 c. bread flour
- 1/2 c. oil
- cornmeal (for sprinkling baking sheet)
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 2 tsp. poppy seed
- 1 tsp. crushed red hot pepper (dried)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water and set aside.

2Mix flours, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt.

3Mix into dry ingredients.

4Knead for 10 minutes or 10 seconds in food processor.

5Cover and let rise about 1 hour (until double in bulk).

6Punch down and let rest 15 minutes.
