Ingredients

  • 4 to 8 round steaks
  • 1 each: green, red and yellow peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bottles Italian dressing
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 bag egg noodles

Directions

    Slice peppers, onion, carrots and celery in roaster.

    Place steaks, water and Italian dressing in roaster.

    Cook at 375° for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

    Add egg noodles, uncooked, about 10 minutes before you take out of oven.
