Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole oats
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup flour
  • 12 cup wheat bran
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup craisins
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup honey
  • 34 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    In a large bowl add all dry ingredients, mix well.

    Add Honey,vanilla and oil in small bowl mixing well, add to dry ingredients and mix very well untill moist.

    Spray a jelly roll pan with oil spray and pour mixture on pan and pat out even and tight.

    Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

    Cut with a pizza cutter in three long strips, then cut short side to make 24 pieces.

    Store in baggies after cooled.
