  • 2 c. blackberry jam
  • 1 c. pear preserves
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda, dissolved in milk

  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 lb. raisins
  • 6 eggs, separated
