- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. allspice
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. jam
- 1/4 c. grape juice
Directions

1Add soda to buttermilk and set aside.

2Cream margarine and eggs.

3In separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients, then add to creamed mixture and mix with buttermilk.

4Mix well and add jam, nuts and grape juice.

5Mix well.

6Makes 3 layers or 1 tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325°.
