- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. raspberry jam
Directions

1Cream butter and cream cheese in medium bowl.

2Beat until fluffy.

3Add flour.

4Mix well.
-
5Roll dough 1/8-inch thick on lightly floured board.

6Cut with 2-inch round cutter.

7Place on greased cookie sheet.

8Spoon 1/4 teaspoon jam on each cookie. Fold opposite sides together.

9Press edges with fork tongs.

10Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

11Cool on wire rack.

12Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

13Yield: 2 dozen.
