  • 1 whole Bourbon Vanilla Pod
  • 12 ounces, weight Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/3 cups Water
  • 6 ounces, weight Sugar

Directions

    Split vanilla pod open and scrape out seeds. Cook berries, water, vanilla seeds, and scraped vanilla pod until berries soften, about 10 minutes. Add sugar and cook until dissolved.

    Remove vanilla pod but don't throw away. Blend jam with a hand blender and pour into scalded jars. Add vanilla pod to jars.
