- 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
- 1 lb. chicken
- 1 lb. shrimp (small)
- red cayenne pepper
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Fry loose sausage; do not drain.

2Cook chicken.

3Cut up. Prepare shrimp.

4Set all aside.

5Prepare rice as per directions on box.

6Add in tomato sauce (do not make it soupy), sausage, chicken and shrimp (also dump in grease from sausage).

7Add in red pepper to taste.
