- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 4 c. or 1 1/2 lb. any kind poultry (turkey, chicken, etc.), smoked or boiled
- 2 (2 1/4 oz.) cans sliced black olives
- 2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, sliced
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
Directions

1In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown sausage.
