  • 1 package (7g Packet) Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm (110-120F) water.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Knead for 5 minutes.

    Put dough in a lightly oiled pan, turning to grease the top of the dough.

    Cover and let rise 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

    Roll out to desired size/thickness.

    Top with your favorite toppings.

    Bake at 425 degrees on a pizza stone for best results for about 12-15 minutes.
