  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar and margarine thoroughly.

    Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
