  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix eggs and sugar.

    Add vinegar, raisins, coconut and nuts. Pour in melted oleo.

    Mix well and bake 40 to 50 minutes in unbaked pie shell in a 300° oven.
