  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick whipped butter
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. raisins (white)
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Beat egg yolks and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, except egg whites and mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Pour into 2 pie shells and bake at 300° for 3/4 to 1 hour.
