Marinated Venison Steak

- 4 venison steaks
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients to make marinade.

2Place steaks in a shallow pan and cover with marinade.

3Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator; the longer, the better.

4Remove steaks from marinade.

5Save marinade.

6Grill over hot fire or broil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, frequently brushing with marinade.

7Do not overcook as venison will dry out
