  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Mix together first three ingredients, then add the coconut, pecans and raisins.

    Stir well, then add vinegar.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
