  • 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. each: green onions, celery and bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. fines herbes
  • 3 c. cooked white rice
  • 1/4 c. shredded carrot
  • 1 1/2 oz. Parmesan

    In large skillet, cook mushrooms, onions, celery, pepper, bouillon and seasoning in oleo.

    Add rice, cheese and carrots. Cook 5 minutes; toss lightly.
