- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. fines herbes
- 3 c. cooked white rice
- 1/4 c. shredded carrot
- 1 1/2 oz. Parmesan
Directions

1In large skillet, cook mushrooms, onions, celery, pepper, bouillon and seasoning in oleo.

2Add rice, cheese and carrots. Cook 5 minutes; toss lightly.
