  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
  • soy sauce
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 c. carrots

    Melt butter in frying pan.

    Add onions, peppers and carrots. Saute until brown.

    Add soy sauce and chopped meat.

    Brown well. Add rice and cook until done.
