Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. saifun
  • 1 can chopped clams or 1 can shrimp
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 carrot

Directions

    Cook saifun in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes or longer. Drain and set aside.

    Add clams, shredded lettuce and sliced cucumber, celery and carrots.
