- 31/2 pounds chicken pieces skinned
- 450 gms yogurt
- 3 medium onions chopped
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 3 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 bunch coriander leavesw chopped
- green chilies chopped to taste
- salt and pepper

1Mix yogrut, garlic ginger, green chilies salt, 11/2 tbsp cumin seeds, half coriander leaves

2Marinte chicken overnight. Remove chicken and fry inoil. Place chicken in oven-proof dish. Lightly fry the remaining cumin seeds in the same oil and add onions. Fry for a few minutes. Add yoghurt marinade and cook over low 10 minutes. Pour over chicken. Cokk in oven at 350 fro 15 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
