  • 2 unbaked (9-inch) pie crusts
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour.

    Add butter and beat until well blended. Add cream, eggs and vanilla and blend until smooth.

    Pour into 2 unbaked 9-inch pie crusts.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 325° and bake 45 to 50 minutes.

    Makes 2 pies.
