Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O (or desired flavor)
  • 1 small can drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. cream, whipped

Directions

    Cook first 4 ingredients as boiled custard.

    Add Jell-O.

    Stir until Jell-O is completely dissolved.

    Let cool and add pineapple and marshmallows.
  5. 5
    When mixture starts to jell, gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and cream, whipped.
