Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) jello (any flavor)
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Bring pineapple to boil, add jello and stir until dissolved. Add other ingredients except Cool Whip.

    Let cool.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Chill until firm.

    Will keep for 2 weeks.
