  • 1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
  • 1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 lb. Owens hot bulk sausage

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain and pat dry with paper towels to remove all grease.

    Cut cheeses into small pieces and melt together.

    Add sausage.

    Press into a mold and chill for 45 minutes.

    Remove from the mold and serve.
