Ingredients

  • 4-6 oz Halibut individual servings
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup panko crumbs (Japanese rice cracker crumbs finely mashed will do)
  • 2/3 hazelnut crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

    Beat egg slightly and add to milk.

    Blend panko and hazelnut together. (add salt to taste)

    In a frying pan that can be put into the oven, heat butter and olive oil to a medium/high temp.

    Dredge the fish portions and brown them in the butter/oil mix. Fish will not be cooked at this point, just browned to a golden colour. Heat the oven to 350. Slide the pan into the oven for 10-12 minutes until fish is gently flaking when pierced with a fork. Serve and enjoy
