John'S Dill Potatoes

  • 6 potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1/2 c. water and 1 chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 2 tsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dry dill
  • shallots, chopped
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted

Directions

    Put potatoes in a buttered baking dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.

    Cover.

    Bake at 400° for 40 minutes, then add remaining.

    Beat 2 eggs and 1 cup whipping cream; pour over potatoes.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake uncovered at 400° for 20 minutes.
