Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. oleo
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 c. whipped topping
  • 2 small pkg. coconut cream pudding
  • 1 can cherry topping
  • 1 c. toasted coconut

Directions

    Mix flour, oleo and nuts.

    Press into pan. Bake at 350° until starting to brown. Cream the cheese and sugar and mix thoroughly. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over the flour crust. Prepare pudding as directed. Do not chill.

    Spread this on cheese layer.

    Spoon on cherry topping.

    Chill several hours.

    Cut in squares and serve.
