Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 lb. ground pork
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon (juice of)
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
  • 1 small pkg. noodles
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter; add pork and onions and cook slightly.

    Add other ingredients except cheese and noodles.

    Cook for an hour, then add cheese.

    Stir until blended.

    Add cooked noodles and cook slowly for 1 hour.

    Serves 8 to 10.
