- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 lb. ground pork
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 lemon (juice of)
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- 1 small pkg. noodles
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter; add pork and onions and cook slightly.

2Add other ingredients except cheese and noodles.

3Cook for an hour, then add cheese.

4Stir until blended.

5Add cooked noodles and cook slowly for 1 hour.

6Serves 8 to 10.
