- 1 Pepperidge Farm bake and serve bread, cut in 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. chopped green chilies, rinsed of seed
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. soft butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions

1Toast bread on one side.

2Mix butter, chilies and garlic. Spread on untoasted side of bread.

3Top with mixture of mayonnaise and grated cheese.

4Broil until brown and puffy.
