- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions

1Scrub potatoes well then place two butter knives flat underneath a potato and slice downward every 1/2 inch.

2Coat sliced potatoes in olive oil

3Butter each potatoe and season with mixture of herbs.

4Bakenat 450F for 30-45 min
