  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

    Scrub potatoes well then place two butter knives flat underneath a potato and slice downward every 1/2 inch.

    Coat sliced potatoes in olive oil

    Butter each potatoe and season with mixture of herbs.

    Bakenat 450F for 30-45 min
