- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
- 2 hot peppers, chopped
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.

2Pour half into hot, greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.

3Sprinkle half of cheese.

4Add remaining mixture; top with remaining cheese.

5Bake for 25 minutes in a 450° oven.
