  • 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix, baked, cooled and crumbled
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 tomatoes, quartered
  • 3/4 chopped bell pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled (or use bacon bits)
  • 1 c. whole corn
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
