- 5 to 6 carrots, cut in julienne pieces
- 4 to 5 potatoes, cut like French fries
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 cans French-style green beans, drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- oregano
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions in electric skillet; drain excess grease.

2Spread potatoes evenly over beef; spread carrots over potatoes.

3Spread celery over carrots.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Sprinkle oregano generously.

6Cover and cook 15 minutes at 350°.
