- 1 c. dry split green peas
- 3 pt. water
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Place peas in a large saucepan without a lid and add the cold water.

2Bring to boiling point.

3Allow to simmer until the water cooks down and the peas are cooked to a soft, wet paste.

4(Be careful not to let them burn.)

5Add the 2 cans of soup; stir and allow to simmer for a few minutes.

6Season to taste, if necessary, after all ingredients are added.

7If the soup is thicker than you prefer, add a little water.
